Driving on a Suspended License

Driving on a Suspended License is a criminal infraction. Many times when you are charged with Driving on a Suspended License, the Court will require you to get your license reinstated before you case can be resolved. There are various reasons why your driving privilege may be suspended. In order to get your license reinstated, you will need to resolve each of the problems that caused the suspension, show the Department of Motor Vehicles proof that each suspension has been lifted, and pay the reinstatement fee to the DMV and get your license.
